Is TeamZap free forever?
TeamZap is free for early customers during our introductory period. We have not announced an end date. If we introduce pricing, we will tell you well in advance.
Do I need a payment card?
No. You can create your account without entering a payment card.
Will my staff need to pay for the app?
No. The employee app is free for your staff on iPhone and Android.
Can I use TeamZap across several locations?
New accounts start with one location during the free period. Contact us if you run several workplaces so we can discuss your setup.
Are NFC stickers included for free?
The software offer does not promise free NFC stickers or hardware. Contact us about obtaining and setting up the right stickers for your workplace. Staff can also clock in through the employee app.
Can I export my records?
Yes. Reports and timesheets can be exported to CSV. You can also use the employee data export tools when handling an individual data request.
