The short version

This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. These set analytics cookies in your browser when you arrive. They are named below, and you can clear or block them in your browser at any time without losing any functionality on this site.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics across every site using Google’s browser add-on, or by blocking these cookies for this site.

What we use on this website

  • Strictly necessary storage: we remember small preferences in your browser’s local storage, for example whether you dismissed the announcement bar. These never leave your device and identify nothing about you.
  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: Tag Manager container GTM-MTGS52X4 loads on every page from googletagmanager.com and runs Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-N3DVNX0K97). Analytics sets two cookies in your browser, _ga and _ga_N3DVNX0K97, which contain a randomly generated identifier for your browser and last up to two years. They are used to count visitors and see which pages are used. Google acts as our processor for this, and its infrastructure is outside the UK and EEA, so those transfers rely on the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. Other tags may be added to the container over time; this list is kept current.
  • Product analytics: we also have PostHog (EU-hosted) wired in a cookieless, memory-only mode to count page views. It sets no cookie and uses no advertising identifier.

What we don’t do

  • No selling of browsing data, and no sharing of it with data brokers. Our processors handle it on our instructions.
  • No fingerprinting.

The TeamZap application

When you sign in to the TeamZap application at app.teamzap.ai, it uses strictly necessary cookies and storage for authentication and session security. That usage is described in the TeamZap Privacy Policy.
